I'm confused as of how quotes are being created and the chat does not seem to function and IRC is not an option either.

The chat should be back up later tonight when Craze gets off work and can restart the socket server. As for new quotes, we do use AIM and MSN and stuff.

Ahh, okay. I wasn't sure if the quotes were Chat or IRC exclusive.
